When I was a child I had the dream
Of having some children myself
If boys or girls I did not care
Somehow between three, four and twelve

Now I have a family all of my own
Two little boys aged two and eight
And now I do really know what it does mean
To have them from early to late

But there's one golden rule that helps me through the years
When there're two devil boys instead my little dears
I found it in a magazine, a lot of months ago
And I'll share my secret with you, if you like to know

It's okay if you want to throw your child out of the window
it's okay, it really is, but it's NOT OKAY TO DO!

2.)
The little one he loves to play
With everything that he can find
If it's a strangers property
I only can pray they won't mind

All buttons and switches and technical
Call him with magical might
You won't believe how often I do say-
"Hey, Chrissie, don't turn off the lights!"

My big one is a TV fan
This is quite normal, you're right
But what do you think of this latest deed
To wake us in middle of night?
"Hey Mommy hey Daddy good morning you two
I'm no longer asleep you can see-
Its half past five and really time
For me to watch TV..."
