Every year, OVFF counts on volunteers like you to help us put on a great con.  This page contains links to the various forms we use to gather information from everyone who will be involved in providing programming events for the con.  Please use the links below to submit the information we need to get your event(s) on our schedule.

Hosting a Workshop

Hosting a Theme Filk

Hosting a Special Event

If you would like to host a CD release party or other special event please fill out THIS FORM and submit it to our programming team.  Please note that submitting this form is not a guarantee of acceptance or a slot on the schedule unless we have already been in contact with you.  This form just gets us the information we need so that we can contact you and make arrangements if we have not already done so.

Entering our Song Contest or Iron Filker Contest

If you would like to enter one or both of our song contests this year, please fill out THIS FORM and submit it to our programming team.  If you want to enter both contests, you will need to submit this form once for each contest you enter.

If you have been asked to perform in one of our official concerts

If you have been asked to perform by our programming concert liaison, please fill out THIS FORM and submit it to our programming team.  You should have been given the password when you accepted our invitation to perform.  This is meant for gathering information from our performers at scheduled concerts only-  One shots and song writing contests are handled separately.  If you would like an opportunity to get on our schedule to perform a concert for us, contact us HERE instead.
