Submission Form for Hosting/Moderating a Workshop

Work Shop slots for OVFF in 2023 are now full.
This page is available for those who are scheduled to host a workshop to fill out necessary information.

Thank you for your interest in hosting/moderating a workshop for OVFF.   Workshops are scheduled for a one hour presentation in a 90 minute block. This will allow time in case the presentation goes long and for clearing the room between workshops. The presentation is expected to start at the beginning of the 90 minute block of the schedule. Note that submitting this request does not guarantee that we will be able to place your workshop on the schedule unless we have confirmed acceptance with you.

If you have asked someone to "just help out" even in an unofficial capacity, we NEED to know this so that we don't schedule that person in 2 places at once.

Note that submitting this request does not guarantee that we will be able to place your workshop on the schedule. We will respond to your request with a confirmation email once we know whether or not we are able to accept your request.
