Ballots submitted by surface mail must be received by August 1, 2006. Ballots submitted using this form must be submitted by 12:01AM PDT, August 1, 2006 (that means the first minute after July ends on the West coast of the US, not the end of the first day of August). The Nominating Process concludes on that date.

Each person may only submit one Nominating Ballot.

We strongly encourage you to copy & distribute this ballot as widely as possible within the filk community. You do not need to be a member of the convention to vote.

Eligibility: If a song has won a Pegasus in the past, it is not eligible for Nomination. Writer/Composers and Performers who won in 2001 - 2005 are not eligible in the same category in 2006. Please keep in mind that the Pegasus Awards are for excellence in Filking, not in music in general, or even funny music in general. Nominated songs should be part, one way or another, of the music of the filk community, and for "Best Performer" and "Best Composer", people you nominate should be participating members of the filk community.
