Programming Music Release Party and Concert Submission Form Submission Form for Participating in our CD Release Party and Concert Due to the number of CD releases at OVFF over the last few years, we have moved to a joint release party format held Friday night in the Atrium after the Pegasus Concert along with an opportunity to perform in our CD Release Concert Sunday afternoon. Our Intent is to provide maximum exposure for new CDs and their artists. Therefore, priority will be given to artists without their own concert elsewhere in the program. Please note that due to the location of the Atrium, masking will be encouraged but not required. In addition to filling out and submitting the form below, we would like you to send a jpeg of your album cover to programming@ovff.org so that we can include it in our CD Release page of our program book. Please fill out the following information: Title of CD (required): Your Name (required): Your Band Name (if any): Your Email (required): Your Phone# at con (required): Want Reminder at Con (required): YesNo Performer or Band Short Biography (50-100 word) (required.
