Hotel Basics:
The OVFF room rate per night (1-4 people in the room) is $129 + tax.
It includes 2 breakfast tickets per day and a waiver of the $10 per day parking fee.
There is also a free airport shuttle between the Hotel and CMH airport running from 4 AM to 1 AM daily.
Check in starts at 3 PM and Check out is at Noon
Please note that the room block closes September 24th
Reservation Instructions:
Click on the link below. By default, the site is giving the dates of October 22-26 (Wednesday – Monday) 2025.
Click on the down arrow to the right of the stay dates to change them and click on the down arrow to the right of the number of rooms and guests to change those. Once you have set the dates you want to stay, click the check availability button. A second page comes up with an opportunity to change the dates and rooms again. Do not change the group code from OVFOVFA. Select the room type you want for your stay and continue the registration process.
Note that there ARE accessible rooms at the hotel including several with wheel chair accessible roll in showers in the bathrooms. There are accessibility options available once you have selected your room type If you need this type of room, please make your reservation early (or you may want to call the hotel directly to get the specific room type you need). There are also other rooms that are technically accessible, but with regular tubs, so please make sure you specify exactly what you need.

If you would prefer to make reservations directly with the phone number above, please be sure to tell the reservations desk that you are with the Ohio Valley Filk Festival (it’s best not to abbreviate it as OVFF) and that there is a group rate for the stay- OVFF2025 (or possibly OVFOVFA).

PLEASE NOTE: The hotel restaurant will NOT be open for lunch but will be open for breakfast and dinner.
We will post restaurant hours soon, and we plan on having a food truck on site Saturday and Sunday for lunch. Beyond that, there are several fast food restaurants within walking distance, and a multitude of sit down restaurants within 15 minutes drive of the hotel. And of course- you can join us at the Pegasus Awards Banquet if you purchase tickets while they are still available!

From the SOUTH – (Cincinnati)
Take I-71 North to Columbus, then take exit 106 to get on OH-315 North. Continue on OH-315 North, then take exit 1D to merge onto I-670 East. In about 6 miles, take exit 9, then turn right on Johnstown Road. Take the next right onto North Cassady Ave. Turn left on Demonye Road, then take the next left and you will be facing the Columbus Airport Marriott.
From the NORTHEAST – (Cleveland)
Take I-71 South to I-270 East. Continue on I-270 East to exit 35A (US Route 62) and continue onto I-670 West. In about half a mile, take exit 9 to continue onto Airport Drive. Take the first left onto North Cassady Ave, then turn right onto Demonye Road. Take the next left and you will be facing the Columbus Airport Marriott.
From the WEST – (Indianapolis)
Take I-70 East to Columbus, then take exit 96 to get on I-670 East towards Airport. Continue on I-670 East for about 8.5 miles, then take exit 9. Turn right on Johnstown Road. Take the next right onto North Cassady Ave. Turn left on Demonye Road, then take the next left and you will be facing the Columbus Airport Marriott.
From the EAST – (Pittsburgh)
Take I-79 South to I-70 West. Continue on I-70 West to Columbus. Once you enter Columbus City Limits you need to take I-270 North towards Cleveland. Continue on I-270 North to exit 35 (US Route 62) and continue onto I-670 West. In about 2 miles, take exit 9 to continue onto Airport Drive. Take the first left onto North Cassady Ave, then turn right onto Demonye Road. Take the next left and you will be facing the Columbus Airport Marriott.
From the NORTHWEST – (Toledo)
Take I-75 South to US Route 15 East, which will become US Route 23 South. Continue on US Route 23 South to Columbus, then get on I-270 East. In about 11.5 miles, take exit 35A (US Route 62) and continue onto I-670 West. In about half a mile, take exit 9 to continue onto Airport Drive. Take the first left onto North Cassady Ave, then turn right onto Demonye Road. Take the next left and you will be facing the Columbus Airport Marriott.
